JOHN XII ~ KING OTTO
"Cody Hinson, as King Otto, was the most natural actor onstage."
Theatre Jones ~ By Gregory Sullivan Isaacs
"Cody Hinson plays the role of a straight-forward Otto, King of Germany. Hinson entered the stage with initiative, commanded his audience as if they were his minions, and produced a swagger so captivating, women swoon at the very thought of his name. This actor contains the uncanny ability to win his audience over no matter what action he takes. Hinson provides a superfluous amount of comic relief..."
The Column ~ By Bianca Baidoo
"Cody Hinson brings much gusto and aplomb to his turn as the warrior Otto."
Edge Dallas ~ By Christopher Soden
Most Valuable Player ~ Leo Durocher / Enos Blackwell
"...actors Cody Hinson and Joe Aholt portray all the other players on both sides of the plate, managing some impressive changes of posture and accent."
Dallas Observer ~ By Elaine Liner
"Hinson is at his best as Durocher."
Theatre Jones ~ By Mark Lowry
Our Town ~ WaterTower Theatre
"By Act Three’s conclusion, after the 23 actors had shared their characters’ life and death experiences, few eyes remained dry in the house. Experiencing a superbly performed production of this play feels like pure transcendence, like a spiritual rebirth. That’s what WaterTower Theatre’s seamless, heartfelt ensemble performance accomplishes."
